From the moment we entered the Berkeley, the staff was friendly. The service was great! The room was clean and lovely. We had a great stay! We will definitely be returning.

I specifically booked this room because Expedia site said it had a hot tub. I was between this and a restaurant that had complementary breakfast and I chose this one just because of the hot tub so I was pretty disappointed.

Great pet friendly place! Plenty of grass area to walk your dogs. My husband and I visit Williamsburg often to go to Busch Gardens with our mini doodle, and we always stay here. Decent breakfast, but very tiny coffee cups. Elevator is super slow, so we normally take the stairs. The staff has always been super friendly, and helpful when needed. Overall, they do a nice job of keeping everything clean. Definitely could use some updates and repairs in certain areas, but we always enjoy our stay.

The parking situation was not ideal. You either had to pay $40 for valet parking or pay $12 to park across the street but wake up before 6 am to extend the meter.

Very clean and well maintained! Excellent breakfast too!
